By visiting the Artist Vision website, placing an order, making a payment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable terms and policies contained in this document.
Artist Vision provides professional website design and digital solutions for DJs, music producers, artists and creative professionals.
The Artist Website service includes the creation and setup of a professional website based on the client's requirements and the information and materials provided by the client.
Artist Vision may also provide monthly social media management services for artists, DJs, music producers and creative professionals.
The social media management service may include managing the client's selected social media account or accounts and creating graphic content for social media platforms.
As part of the monthly subscription, the client may receive up to 4 graphic designs per month. The client may choose the platform or platforms for which the graphics are prepared, including:
TikTok (TT)
The exact scope of the social media management service may be described on the Artist Vision website or agreed with the client before the subscription begins.
The client is responsible for providing the necessary photographs, logos, text, music, videos and other materials required for the creation and management of social media content.
The standard price for the Artist Website service is:
$350 — one-time setup fee.
The price includes domain registration, SSL and hosting for the first year, unless otherwise stated in the selected offer or otherwise agreed with the client.
Additional services, features or work not included in the original offer may be subject to additional charges.
The price for the monthly social media management subscription is:
$25 per month.
The monthly subscription includes social media account management and the creation of up to 4 graphic designs per month for the client's selected social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram or Facebook.
The monthly subscription is billed on a recurring basis according to the selected payment plan.
The subscription will continue until cancelled by the client or Artist Vision, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
Unused graphic designs or monthly content allowances do not carry over to the following month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional graphics, content or services outside the scope of the monthly subscription may be subject to additional charges.
Domain registration, SSL and hosting are included for the first year when stated in the selected offer.
After the first year, the domain renewal fee is:
$100 per year.
The client will be informed about the applicable renewal cost before the domain renewal is due.
The $100 annual fee covers the renewal of the domain registration. Any additional hosting, SSL or third-party service renewal costs, if applicable, will be communicated separately.
If the client does not wish to renew the domain after the first year, the client may choose not to renew it. In such a case, the domain may expire and become unavailable, subject to the rules and policies of the relevant domain registrar.
Artist Vision is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, server failures, maintenance, technical outages or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary to create the website or social media content, including photographs, logos, biographies, music, videos, links and other content.
The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, licenses or permissions to use all materials provided to Artist Vision.
Artist Vision is not responsible for copyright or intellectual property claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that all content supplied to Artist Vision may legally be used, published or distributed.
Artist Vision creates the website according to the client's requirements, artistic style and agreed project direction.
The client may be asked to provide feedback or approve the project before the website is published.
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials, information or feedback may extend the estimated completion time.
Before publication, the client may be asked to review and approve the final version of the website.
After approval, Artist Vision may publish and launch the website.
Once the website has been approved and published, additional changes, revisions or new features may be treated as additional services and may incur additional charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Artist Vision retains ownership of its original designs, templates, code, systems and reusable components created or used as part of its services.
The client's original content, including photographs, music, logos and written materials, remains the property of the client or the respective rights holder.
If the client requests delivery of website files, the files may be provided through a secure file-sharing service such as Google Drive or Dropbox, where applicable.
The delivery of website files does not automatically transfer ownership of Artist Vision's original templates, systems, code, reusable components or other intellectual property unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Payment must be completed through the payment method available at checkout.
Payments may be processed securely by PayPal.
An order is considered confirmed after successful payment has been received.
For monthly social media management services, the $25 monthly subscription fee is charged on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan.
The subscription will continue until cancelled by the client or Artist Vision.
After payment, Artist Vision may contact the client by email regarding the project, required materials, approvals, revisions and launch.
For social media management services, Artist Vision may also communicate with the client regarding content, graphic designs, required materials, social media accounts and monthly content requirements.
The client is responsible for providing a valid email address and responding to reasonable project-related communications.
If the client purchases the monthly social media management subscription for $25 per month, Artist Vision may provide services related to the client's social media presence according to the selected offer.
The service includes the management of the client's selected social media account or accounts and the creation of up to 4 graphic designs per month for the selected platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Artist Vision may use materials provided by the client to create and publish social media content on the client's behalf, where this is included in the selected service.
The client must provide all necessary materials and information required to manage the account and create graphics and content.
Artist Vision is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide the necessary materials, information, account access or feedback.
Artist Vision is not responsible for changes to social media platforms, algorithms, policies, technical problems, account restrictions, suspensions, bans or other actions taken by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or other third-party platforms.
Artist Vision does not guarantee any specific number of followers, views, likes, engagement, reach or other social media results.
The social media management subscription does not automatically include paid advertising, sponsored campaigns, influencer marketing or other paid promotional services unless explicitly agreed with the client.
Unused graphic designs or monthly content allowances do not carry over to the following month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the client cancels the order before Artist Vision has started work on the project, the client may request cancellation.
Any refund will be considered based on the work already performed and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred, including domain registration, hosting or other services purchased specifically for the project.
Once work on the website has started, the client may cancel the project.
However, any refund will be reduced by the value of work already completed and costs already incurred by Artist Vision.
Once the client has approved the final project and the website has been published, the service is considered completed.
Refunds are generally not available after final approval and publication, except where required by applicable law.
Costs paid to third-party providers, including domain registration, hosting, SSL services or other external services, may be non-refundable where the third-party provider does not offer a refund.
If the project cannot be completed because the client fails to provide the necessary materials, information, account access or feedback, Artist Vision may pause the project until the required information is provided.
The monthly social media management subscription is a recurring service costing $25 per month.
The client may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting Artist Vision by email.
Cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals but does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period or for services already performed.
If the client cancels during an active billing period, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Any work already completed or services already provided during the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If the subscription is cancelled before the next billing date, no further recurring payment will be charged.
Unused graphic designs or monthly content allowances are not refundable and do not carry over to the next billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you purchase our social media management services, we may use information and materials provided by you to manage your social media accounts and create content for your social media profiles, including graphic designs and promotional materials for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Payments for our services may be processed securely through PayPal.
Artist Vision does not store your full credit card or payment card details on its own servers.
Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.
Your personal data is stored securely for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business relationship and comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Certain business and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
We may use third-party services necessary to operate our business and provide our services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment providers, email services, social media platforms and other technical service providers.
These providers may process data on our behalf or independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Artist Vision is not responsible for data breaches, security incidents, technical failures or loss of data caused by third-party services that are beyond Artist Vision's reasonable control.
Depending on applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your data, restriction of processing or other rights provided by law.
